Problem
This (milk)powder dispensing valve has too much clearance between the rotor and rotor housing. The seals are worn out and there are wear marks on the drive axle.

Solution
Revamo overhauled the complete dispensing valve.
The rotor housing was "turned clean".
The rotor was radially and axially welded and re-turned. Stub axles were repaired by flame spraying.
