Problem
This roller is used in the paper industry and was originally chromed . The roller was reground several times and re-chromed.
This results in the diameter of the roller becoming smaller and reducing the strength.

Solution
Revamo re-coated the roller to the original diameter. This thick layer was reground several times before the roller could be recoated again.
The roller is polished smooth by superfinishing.
