Problem
The bearing points of this new compressor rotor need to be provided with a wear-resistant coating.
The rotor turns continuously at high speed, alignment and concentricity are very important. -
Solution
The rotor will be coated and polished according to the customer's specifications. Concentricity within 0.005 mm. Crack test of the coating and destructive testing of test plates to ensure the quality of the coating and adhesion.
