Problem
The internal bore, the outer piston fitting and the keyways of this double-acting hydraulic cylinder are worn out. Hydraulic pressure up to 240 bar.

Solution
The internal bore and the external piston fitting are restored by flame spraying and grinding.
The keyways are milled oversize. The repair was carried out at the request of the customer under DNV certification and fully photo-documented.
